Corporate Support Services
The Corporate Support Services Division was created to serve and extend support as shared services to the business divisions. The CSS division comprises of the following functions:
- Information Technology
- Finance (Including Accounts, Costing, Internal Audit, Taxation, Secretarial)
- Purchase
- Administration
- Legal
- Human Resources
These support functions are critical and play a pivotal role in the organization growth and hence need a focused leadership approach to enable the department heads individually and jointly achieve their functional and CSS Division objectives.
